Who are we looking for? 1. Bachelor'sin finance, accounting or equivalent
2. Minimum of3 years Finance/Accounting Experience
3. Fluency inEnglish a must
What will you be doing? Partnering withOperations to ensure Fixed Asset Register is updated and processes are followed
1. Partnerwith opearations to drive growth, efficincies, profitability, and supportdecisions, through relevant reporting.
2. Participatestrongly in deal reviews, and track deal actuals vs. expected costs (CapEx,P&L, and cash impact)
3. Partnerwith global Finance team to do detailed deep dive analysis of the business andalign local accounting practices with global standards;
4. Implementand ensure compliance to global as well as local policies and procedures;
5. Ensureaccuracy of monthly reporting during and after the close;
6. Ownmanagment reporting and participate in regional review calls;
7. Supportdefinition of global standard operating procedures and policies;
8. Ensureglobal operating procedures are implemented and followed, including internalcontrol mechanims;
9. Defineglobal best practices and work with teams to impelement them regionally toimprove margins and efficiencies;
10. Providesupport on past due collections, from managing regular calls, to pulling dataand ensuring the business teams have correct, and timely data to take action;
11. Improvecash collestions;
