We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join the Business Insights Financial Control Property team.
The unique purpose of your role is to work collaboratively with the Senior Finance Manager, Development to provide financial control, reporting and decision support to drive positive commercial outcomes across the Australian Development business.

The unique purpose of your role is to work collaboratively with the Senior Finance Manager, Development to provide financial control, reporting and decision support to drive positive commercial outcomes across the Australian Development business.
Your responsibilities will see you -
- Supporting the portfolio and segment level consolidation of all reporting processes, providing insights and understanding the key assumptions and drivers of the forecast and plan including modelling various project and portfolio scenarios and analytics
- Supporting the Australian Development business to ensure effective financial risk management, financial control and commercial insights through the delivery of all management and financial reporting requirements in a timely fashion, adhering to timetable, to support informed management decision making
- Working collaboratively with the Asset and Project Insights, Performance, Analytics & Origination and Finance Services teams to drive best practice use of the finance systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of data for reporting and analytics requirements to support informed management decision making
- Leveraging project Commercial Assessment (CA) data to prepare development CA portfolio analysis
- Contributing as required to the successful delivery of finance improvement initiatives across the Development Businesses, including providing relevant subject matter expertise
To see success, you will have -
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications which include CA or CPA qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in management reporting, financial reporting, financial planning & analytics or a related field
- High outcome orientation and drive.
- First class decision making and influencing skills.
- Strong overall awareness and the ability to anticipate issues.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment; can work collaboratively without needing to control resources in order to deliver outcomes.
