What you'll do

This role sits in the Digital Initiatives team and will liaise with business and technology stakeholders for delivery of business requirements. These will form the basis of change to business processes, policies and systems which will ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.

You will also:
• Write requirements or user stories for the backlog
• Develop Business and process requirements
• QA proposed solutions and Test scenarios

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business analysis knowledge with a focus on product applications within the retail sector, as well as solid stakeholder engagement skills with an effective ability to build relationships across the organisation. You have the ability to work cross-functionally with both the delivery team and the business in meeting core objectives and you can manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Above all, we are seeking innovators and thought leaders who will help us bring a little good to everyone, every day.

You will ideally have:
• Around 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a similar sized environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member within a complex and fast paced environment
• Experience with the preparation of test scripts/cases and the conducting of testing
• Ability to see the end to end impacts of change, as well as work at a detailed level
