Business Analyst

Being that this is a functional Business Analyst role, this gig would really suit a candidate who has previously been a system user - so you've experienced the system issues first hand!

You will be liaising with non-technical users to understand system pain points and document functional requirements accordingly. You won't just be working on one specific project, but a whole host of initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication (like all BA roles) is a must.

Skill set / Experience needed -

• Coming from a functional background / experience operating as a system user
• Circa 3-5 years working as a Business Analyst
• Confident in holding workshops and 1-2-1s

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation

• Creation of use cases and process maps

• Creating process flows as well as new processes

• Putting together user guides and conducting user training

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently

• Post go live support
• Change management expertise
• Risk and Issue management
• Evidence working in a fast paced, complex environment
• Knowledge of the entire SDLC
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Happy to do site visits across NSW when required (must have a valid driving license)

Projects - System Implementation, new portal builds, upgrades, self-service, process and workflow improvement.
