The Company
A leading infrastructure investment management firm with a global presence is looking to hire a Managing Director for the finance team as part of their business expansion plan.
The Role
You will take on the role as a key finance member, partnering the business closely and leading up the Finance team in Singapore, including, but not limited to financial control, accounting, treasury and tax activities. You will be supporting the CEO in key corporate finance and strategic initiatives and optimizing capital structure of the Group. You will be overseeing investor relations functions and ensure that the business comply with all rules and regulations issued by the company and the local regulatory bodies.
Your Profile
CPA or CA with a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience in infrastructure investment management space, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. You will possess strong working knowledge of infrastructure investment operations. In order to succeed in this role, you are required to be analytical, meticulous, and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
