A fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to provide operational support to the business.

My client is embarking on a digital transformation journey and this could bring exciting opportunities for the successful candidate to get involved.

Working Within The HR Function The Role Includes

  • Data Entry of all payroll transactions, i.e. new starts, leavers, changes, court orders etc.,
  • Query Management
  • Telephony support

Profile

Skills and experience:

  • Operational Payroll background
  • Ability to deal with Payroll enquiries
  • Ability to provide guidance and advice to internal customers, resolving queries including those of a more complex / sensitive nature.
  • Highly organised to deliver Payroll services within agreed SLAs.
  • Knowledge of legislation, statutory entitlements and payments would be advantageous.
  • Experience of HR/Payroll systems, specifically SAP would be ideal
