This position is to lead the overall China listed company PRC account preparation, handle external auditors and statutory regulators. Ensure good financial control and enhance financial reporting process.

Profile
University graduate or above in accounting or finance related discipline, a CPA qualification is a must.
At least 12years¡¯ post qualification experience with at least 6 years in a CPA firm environment (Big 4 firms or top tier China CPA firm)
Experience in leading China listed company reporting function is a must
Excellent knowledge in China GAAP as well as listing rules
Knowledge in IFRS is a plus
