My client is "AI Dream"group has some well-known consumer brands in global area.

"King Koil" and "Serta" both are their promising brands. As a professional bedding manufacturer and brand operator, they have a number of core technologies in the industry, continuous optimization in service, leading the innovation and development of mattress technology. Serta is one of the three leading-selling brands in the U.S. mattress market, with the largest U.S. shipment volume for 8 consecutive years from 2011 to 2018.

Description

Coordinate month-end closing process with both brand finance and consolidate financial reports at group level within deadlines.
Assist in implementing group finance standardization process in both brand finance.
Assist in developing analytically reports on request and other tools to support the achievement of business objectives.
Analysis monthly performance of all channels of business, highlight and investigate significant issues/ concerns, analysis variance between actual figures vs. plan, and make recommendations/implement corrective measures to top management.
Actively involved in annual budget and three forecasts in a year, including sales & margin, store & back office fixed costs, inventory, CAPEX, balance sheet and cash-flow statement etc.

Profile

Prefer at least 3 years in Big 4 with exposure to retail industry plus 2 years in a retail company as commercial analyst role.

Degree in Business/Economics/Finance preferred, Master is a strong plus.

Logic thinking and strong sense of numerals, dealing with ambiguity.

Excellent English communication skills in speaking and writing, excellent analogical skills and business senses (ability to understand the numbers).

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, managing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.

Independent, highly motivated and self-driven. Strong inter-personal skills. Fast learner with ambition to grow.

Reliable team player.
