Open Position: Regional Financial Controller (IT Company)

An MNC IT Services Company with a good presence within Asia is looking for Regional Financial Controller to join them in their Singapore office. You will be reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a Finance Department with over 40 employees across 8 countries.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To head the Finance department with duties such as overseeing Banking & Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Flow Management and etc
  • Be a business partner to the CEO in the efficient management of the operations and serve as the focal point for all financial matters coming from regional offices
  • Maintain financial and systems control within Corporate policies as well as assisting in Business Decision-Making with Regional Head of Departments
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports and information reports across regional offices
  • Manage treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the standardisation of frameworks, internal controls and standard operating procedures
  • Provides strategic financial inputs and leadership for the company covering; growth, new markets, investments, cash flows management and etc
  • Ensures compliance with all tax reporting requirements for different countries in Asia including income tax, sales tax, service tax, withholding tax and etc
  • Having professional qualification with a recognised global or international accounting body such as ACCA, CPA and etc
  • Strong leadership skills with good experience in managing employees based in different countries
