JOB SUMMARY:
- To provide high quality and detailed financial management information and general business advice service to the Cost Centre level managers.
- To support the Directorate Accountant and the Senior Business Accountant in the provision of comprehensive business and financial management information providing advice to the Cost Centre Level Managers and working both as part of a team and independently as required.
- To provide support to Cost Centre Level Managers in the delivery of high quality and timely financial advice and information.
- To produce timely, accurate and relevant information for the completion of monthly reports and provide management with relevant information and advice to take corrective action on under/overspent budgets within the cost centres, where necessary.
- To provide financial data and information relating to the Cost Centre budgets in relation to then enable accurate financial reporting to feed into the service line reporting process.
- To deputise for the Senior Business Accountant as required.
