Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS FT is seeking to recruit a highly driven and motivated individual to join the Corporate Governance Team. As the Corporate Risk & Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and development of risk management standards for the Trust, including the on-going review, implementation and monitoring of the Trust's Risk Management Strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting the on-going development of a proactive risk assurance culture throughout the organisations and support the revision of the Risk Management Framework of Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS FT. You will also lead on specific programmes which contribute to the delivery of the Risk Management Strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to undertake a challenging role that will be instrumental in strengthening the framework and integrating the supporting electronic system.

In this role, you should be highly perceptive and methodical, able to work collaboratively and on your own initiative, with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to present your thinking coherently and in a convincing way. You will be proactive and self-motivated with a desire to influence at a senior level, contribute to culture change and promote organisational learning.

Previous experience and success in a similar role are essential.
