A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust to appoint a highly motivated and committed individual to work within our busy Safeguarding team. The post holder will be required to work collaboratively with managers, nurses and other support staff to maintain the smooth running of all office-based systems and reporting requirements, with responsibility for ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
The successful applicant will have previous office experience and be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages, possess the ability to develop and maintain effective office systems, use initiative to resolve issues, and communicate effectively, appropriately and confidently. The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills, an understanding of the policies in place to support staff and managers, and knowledge of the confidentiality and information governance matters associated with working in a safeguarding environment.
