Key Function

Activities

FP&A / Business Finance

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Accounts Receivable

• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors

• Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers' credit worthiness

• Ensuring timely payment of debts

• Following up on payments with customers and internal sales team

• Working closely with Accenture team to ensure correct payment application

• Customer Accounts Reconciliation

• Reporting AR Aging on weekly basis

Closing / RTR

• Preparation of Closing Provision Journals

• Ensuring correct revenue and expense booking on a monthly basis

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Accounts Payable

• Co-ordination with Accenture and internal team member on booking of AP expenses, payments to vendors

• Ensuring timely payment other than Accenture team (non-vendor related)

• Reviewing AP Aging Report

Skills (Hard & Soft)

Good communication (written & oral) skills

Good command on MS - Excel / Power point

Good understanding of accounts and financial matters

Good interpersonal and analytical skills

Worked on ERP. Preferably SAP

Qualifications

CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CA / ICWA

Experience
