Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience as a TIBCO Spotfire in analysis, design, and development
- Strong professional experience in all aspects of working with TIBCO Spotfire & Tableau
- Solid ability to understand analytic specifications and translate the specifications into TIBCO Spotfire visualizations into the underlying code
- Proven ability to design and develop flows
- Experience with TIBCO Spotfire client key concepts, such as filtering schemes, data on demand, property controls, and more
- Experience with integration of R and Iron Python Scripting
- Proficient with built in function of R and Iron Python and different ways to achieve the results
- Perform complex calculation using R or Iron Python to achieve customer expectation
- Ability to independently design, visualize, and implement a solution
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Good experience in the performance optimization of Spotfire applications
- Strong experience designing solutions and developing in TIBCO Spotfire
- Set the standard for high quality BI design, development and overall technical delivery
- Mentor, guide, and develop a high-quality pool of diverse and global development resources dedicated to delivery of business intelligence solutions
- Accountable for technical design, delivery, and transition to operations for all technical business intelligence development
- BE/ BTech, B.Sc (IT)
- Produce and review technical designs
- Ability to integrate multiple technologies into TIBCO Spotfire & Tableau
- Accurate report status and identify / resolve risks and issues impacting technical delivery
- Technical oversight of all Business Intelligence development and delivery standards and execution
- Ability to lead, align and influence global teams
- Highly developed organizational skills to function effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines
- Experience with continuous improvement activities and a strong desire to help implement lean enterprise initiatives preferred
- Ability to build a cohesive team through global & mixed resources
- Create inclusive, collaborative environment and help foster continuous improvement and culture of innovation
