This position is based in Anjou but requires occasional travel to our Pointe Claire location. If you want to work in a company in constant evolution, you are the person we are looking for.
- Maintain G/L accounts and cost allocations to BU's.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for cash transactions, prepayments, payroll accruals and other financial adjustments affecting general ledger.
- Prepare various group and local customers reports.
- Prepare monthly schedules of balance sheet accounts.
- IC netting.
- Verify daily sales reports for errors.
- Calculate sales commissions and other payroll accruals.
- Calculate customer volume rebate.
- Assist Controller in implementing internal control and other special assignments.
- Supervise and coordinate activities in accounts receivable, accounts payable and bookkeeping.
We Need Your Skills
- University degree in Business Administration (accounting option) or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knnowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP a strong asset
- Bilingual (spoken and written).
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Good organizational/planning/management/priority skills.
