- Preparation of year-end reporting
- Assisting with audit procedures
- Overseeing accounting support staff members
- Preparing monthly reports
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need experience operating as a Senior Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
- Experience with Technology One (Finance One) would be a significant advantage
- Experience within the education industry or public sector will be highly regarded
- A relevant qualification in accounting
- Demonstrated experience in key technical financial accounting
- Experience in dealing with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- You will have excellent computer skills, problem solving skills and communication skills
- You will need to be methodical and highly organized, with emphasis on attention to detail
