Your new role
Reporting to the CFO you will focus on the operational management of a medium finance team and ensure seamless support to the wider business. You will be have full control of the accounting function and prepare a variety of management reports, manage the budget and cash flow, and be responsible for monthly forecasting. You will complete annual audit programs and ensure compliance with ASIC reporting requirements. You will actively support the business requirements in relation to system and process improvements and closely with the management team in the development of their business plan and strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualifications and previous experience within the FMCG industry is essential. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks as required. You will be commercially minded and be able to adapt and grow with the organisation. Team management and leadership will be a key skill set and you will have proven experience within a similar role. Strong process review skills will be advantageous as will the ability to implement strong controls. Exposure to ERP Systems and system implementation projects will be seen as advantageous.
