Your new role
This role will involve working on two projects transitioning from one to the other, helping to create strategic solutions and analysis of the business processes.
Your duties and responsibilities will involve:
- Gathering requirements from key stakeholders, and analysing situations or issues to assess current and future state
- Manage workshops, documentation requirements and develop user stories to formal analysis papers
- Lead the delivery of all performance framework and business objectives to deliver agreed outcomes
- Working with others and autonomously to achieve shared goals through clear knowledge and experience sharing
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Analyst where managing agile projects was required
- Ability identify, investigate, and analyse business requirements, processes, procedures and work practices for solutions
- Influence and implement solutions and changes aligned with key stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative working style, with a proven track record of working with diverse individuals at all levels to drive decision-making and results
- Knowledge on Digital Marketing tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud products
- Experience working with Enterprise Relationship Management solutions terms and products such as Salesforce, Dynamics or Oracle CRM
