- At least five years' experience in business analyst roles or similar
- Experience with HR, payroll, time sheet solutions and workforce management
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organising, and managing resource
- Must possess understanding and application of risk assessment and controls, and commercial acumen
