Finance Manager (With Audit & Commercial Background, Changi South)

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Finance Director

• Oversee all financial functions both for the onshore and offshore businesses daily, monthly, quarterly and

yearly financial reporting and operations, financial planning & analytics, to include accurate and timely

reporting of the Company's financials in accordance with regulatory and Group guidelines.

• Ensure strong balance sheet and right working capital levels

• Provide monthly report to Group through Hyperion Financial Management system

• Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents and bankers

• Ensure Company's compliance to all Group and statutory requirements including statistics reporting

• Lead and continuously improve processes and systems within the Company; challenge status quo

• Assist to implement minimum key financial controls and compliance as required locally or by Group

• Lead, support, train and develop finance and payroll team members

• Partner with other department and provide support such as finance related training or induction

• Manage the treasury functions including cash forecasts and reporting

• Provide support and guidance to staffs on the accounting software's features and functionalities and ensure

system's compliance to statutory and group requirements

• Responsible for managing, building and recruiting for the finance and payroll department, be a finance expert

across all business and functions

• Work and support related companies' strategic projects such as auditing other countries, when required;

includes managing intercompany transactions

• Assist operations with the Profit & Loss weekly review and consolidation, also, assist in Profit & Loss projection

for new bids/retention

• Assist the yearly budgeting and forecasting, when required

Job Requirements:

• Min. Chartered Accountant / CPA with at least 5-8 years of commercial and audit background, previous B2B /

retail experience in the similar role will be an advantageous

• Able to work with a team of 10 staff

• Business acumen and learning quickly in new environment

• IFRS and SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards) knowledgeable

• Strong legal compliance knowledge

• General IT knowledge

• Project/Change management experience

• Knowledge/experience of ERP system implementation such as SAP

• Knowledge of Hyperion Management System

• Proficient in MS-Excel

• Knowledge/experience in international taxation and Transfer Pricing
