Job Description :

A leading commodities firm is currently looking for a Market Conduct Specialist to join its APAC team. Working with the trading team as well as Global Market Conduct team, the individual will be the subject matter expert on market conduct standards and provide advisory and regulatory updates. Other responsibilities include designing market conduct policies, reviewing market access, and conducting risk assessment.
The successful candidate must have the following:

• At least 5 years' experience in governance roles (compliance / risk / audit / law)
• Deep expertise in market conduct / risk
• Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across seniority
