Your role :
Do you advocate for the importance of compliance and operational risks? Do you ‘think on your feet', balancing objectives with legal, regulatory and ethical considerations? Are you able to work with senior stakeholders across multiple business divisions and Group Functions?
We're looking for a Compliance Framework Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst to:
• drive the implementation and enhancement of our global platform for tracking and assessing regulatory developments as part of the overall Compliance Framework mandate
• develop detailed knowledge of existing tools and solutions and act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders and IT / vendor delivery teams at various levels of seniority
• plan and lead user acceptance testing of all platform releases and changes
• work with regional and local stakeholders to assess front-to-back business processes with a view to optimizing and creating transformational opportunities
• own the overall platform project plan / milestones and ensure all changes from workstream leads are reflected and tracked accordingly
• manage monthly status reports and lead the production of material for the project Steering Committee
• contribute to strategic planning and budget forecasting with senior management
• facilitate and support working groups and governance meetings to agree design and implementation aspects of the Compliance Framework
• manage program management office (PMO) and business analyst resources, providing guidance and prioritization for their deliverables
Your team :
You'll be working in the Compliance Framework Delivery team and will be based in Singapore. The team is responsible for building out and owning the frameworks and solutions for compliance with laws, rules and regulations and regulatory reporting. We work closely with colleagues across different locations and functions worldwide to ensure that roles and responsibilities in respect to regulatory compliance are clarified and implemented.
Your expertise :
• ideally a minimum of ten years of experience in the financial industry with a background in regulatory compliance / reporting systems and frameworks
• strong project management, analysis and design experience and a track record of delivering high-profile, business-critical solutions in tier-one firms
• bachelor`s degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, engineering or a similar discipline
• excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• result-oriented and assertive (you don't shy away from challenging situations)
• able to work independently with close attention to detail and to effectively manage key relationships
