Job scope
  • New customer account creation, customer master data management
  • Credit control. In charge of customer credit control, credit limit set up in sap, quarterly review, credit research, credit release for SO in sap, etc.
  • Customer TPI management, maintenance in SAP, regular checking
  • Selling price management, maintenance in SAP, credit note and debt note
  • Customer agreement/contract management
  • Collection forecast, variance analysis
  • Manage Cheque and cash received, deposit to bank bi-weekly
  • Financial reports preparation, ie. Daily sales report, weekly CV, monthly SKU summary, PMR reports, etc.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects defined by FC
  • Ad-Hoc assignment from FC

Job requirement :
  • Diploma, major in Accounting, Finance, business management
  • Proficiency of Accounting knowledge, Finance analysis, SAP, Excel
