Job & Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for handle and complete full set of accounts independently
Ø Review/Process all the payable & receivable of the company
Ø Produces ledger balance for reporting purposes
Ø Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretary to ensure compliance of entity with regulators
Ø Handle GST reporting quarterly.
Ø Ensure the company is compliant with accepted financial policies and procedures
Ø Able to provide training and coaching for account assistant
Ø Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Ø Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy holders or professionally qualified accountant
Ø Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
Ø Proficient in Microsoft especially in Excel
Ø Hands-on with accounting software like MYOB
Ø Able to do multi-task and handle high volume of transactions
Ø Good team leader. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, solution oriented individual
Ø Positive learning attitude.
Ø Able to work under pressure.
