Our client is a well established group in the REITs space. They have branched out their operations to Singapore for the past few years, engaging in wide varieties of businesses. They are renowned for their stability and strong management over the years. Our client is looking for a Group CFO to join their finance division and continue developing this high performing team.
about the job
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-visibility role in which you will manage a large finance team, ensuring that all statutory financial reporting, audit, tax, cash management are handled in an efficient and accurate manner and in accordance to Group policy and all statutory requirements. You are familiar with the REITs risk framework, MAS regulation as well as financing. As a key member of the management team, you will frequently be involved in strategic decisions to influence business policies.
As the group is constantly expanding, there would be exciting M&A projects for you to be involved in throughout the whole process. Your experience in fund-raising or project financing will be valuable.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong business partner equipped with the following skills and experience:
  • Degree in Accountancy / ACCA
  • At least 10 years' relevant accounting and finance experience, including a good proportion of that in leadership roles
  • Experience in REITs space is a must
  • Understanding of the SEA finance situation.
