Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow-up with customers for payments through phone calls or text messages
  • Respond promptly to both external and internal enquiries
  • Attend and handle disputes
  • Perform receipting for payments received
  • Generate and send statements of accounts to customers
  • Generate and send reminder letters to customers
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by the management
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time by the management


Qualification, Required Experience, Competencies and Skills:

Personality traits and Skills Requirement

  • Good team player with good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Independent, meticulous and task driven
  • Able to multi task and work under pressure
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good writing skills


Working experience and Educational level

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience would be preferred - Credit Control
  • Minimum GCE ‘O' Level
