- This is an opportunity from a US Multinational Co. (Manufacturing) with operations in more than 5 countries!
- You should be a hands-on manager with the capabilities to work with the finance teams in different countries. And as the righthand man to the Finance Director (overseas) to set-up the finance department in Singapore.
- Review the accounting duties for local and overseas entities. Included AP, AR, GL, intercompany transaction (regional), and other related schedules on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for group consolidation for business units
- Handle management reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecast, and cash flow projection.
- Draft and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Singapore Finance operations.
- Handle audit and corporate tax-related matters include liaising with external auditors and external tax personnel.
- As a key person from the finance team to involve in processes streamline activities / projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, candidates with CPA / CA will be an advantage
- 8 - 15 years of relevant experience and 5 years of managerial experience
- Talent with prior experience in setting up a finance department or implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) would be a plus
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
