An Italian Speaker specialized in Individually Managed Accounts. In this role you will provide technical support to the team and report to IMA Manager.

What you will be responsible for

As IMA Expert you will

  • Cooperate with IMA department in order to identify issues or need of new solutions.
  • Be responsible for evaluating inquiries, implementing solutions, escalating issues.
  • Be responsible for technical support for automating IMA processes.
  • Communicate with external partners in order to identify and gather data.
  • Cooperate with programists in order to create technical solutions that will meet client’s requirements.
  • Provide the client with solutions and instructing them in the process area.
  • Support the manager in implementing business changes, adapting new clients and functions.
  • Support the manager and IMA department in ad hoc tasks defined by the company’s management.
  • Provide trainings.

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree, preferabily in Finance, Accountancy or Business related degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in IMA team is necessary.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
