A large blue chip multinational organisation that have their head office based in Slough are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will translate into the overall manager of the team of 5 within 12 months.

You will be joining an excellent finance team that have a large financial accounting / Business partnering function. Your main responsibilities will be to prepare the monthly group consolidation pack along with reconciling the inter company accounts and recharges. You will have a strong hand in the month end processes and then will business partner with the commercial teams to ensure the non finance stakeholders understand their business unit from a finance perspective.
You will be in a team of career driven ACA qualified accountants looking to gain their next step, the company recognise good people and progression is a high priority within the senior management team and they anticipate this role/candidate being promoted within a 12-24 month period.
The successful Finance Manager will be someone that is keen to make their first step into industry with one of the most well established businesses within the Thames Valley, this would suit an Audit Manager making their first move out of practice and ideally from a top 25 practice. You will be ACA/ICAEW Qualified.
On offer for the Finance Manager position is an excellent progression plan set out from day one. You will have exposure to not only the financial accounting function but to other finance functions of the business. You will receive a competitive benefits package and a basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
