Working Within The HR Function The Role Includes
- Data Entry of all payroll transactions, i.e. new starts, leavers, changes, court orders etc.,
- Query Management
- Telephony support
Profile
Skills and experience:
- Operational Payroll background
- Ability to deal with Payroll enquiries
- Ability to provide guidance and advice to internal customers, resolving queries including those of a more complex / sensitive nature.
- Highly organised to deliver Payroll services within agreed SLAs.
- Knowledge of legislation, statutory entitlements and payments would be advantageous.
- Experience of HR/Payroll systems, specifically SAP would be ideal
