Responsibilities
Monitor machine hours, fleet management, and maintenance Ordering and taking stock of office supplies Be a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders Processing and directing mail, receiving incoming calls and incoming packages or deliveries Greeting and directing visitors Compile, analyze, and report financial data, dispensing of funds, issuance of invoices, receipts and payments.
Qualification and Requirements
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Should possess a minimum of two years working experience Must be proficient in Microsoft suite and especially Microsoft excel
