Job Purpose Statement:
The Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager ensures the financial results from global operations are reported accurately and in compliance with all company policies and US GAAP. This position is also responsible for fulfilling internal financial reporting requirements and assisting external financial reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the month-end closing process for Corporate Headquarter
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) as well as footnotes in accordance with GAAP
- Responsible for managing internal and external audits
- Responsible for researching technical accounting and financial reporting issues
- Responsible for the drafting, review and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Perform account analysis and supporting schedules at month-end and quarter-end
- Review and supervise Corporate Accountant
- Any other projects assigned
- Ability to travel domestically up to 15%
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years or more of accounting and financial reporting experience in public accounting, or minimum 5 years in a similar role in industry
- CPA certification highly desired
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and the ability to research technical accounting issues and apply them accordingly
- Strong analytical and problem skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, detailed and deadline-oriented environment by balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
- JD Edwards and Hyperion exposure preferred or proven ability to learn new computer systems quickly
