This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone that has a deep knowledge of commercial analysis and business partnering prowess. You will play an integral part in further establishment of the commercial finance function. Key focus for this role is business partnering with sales, marketing & operations.
Description
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business partnering with operational heads to achieve targets and KPI's
- KPI reporting and analysis including sales trend analysis and review of promotional activity ROI
- Competitor benchmarking
- Monthly Management Reporting including variance analysis and commentary
- Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Costing activities including product costing and pricing
- Merchandising support including review of Inventory / SKU Efficiency and monitoring, analysing, and reporting on product mix
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ad hoc projects/tasks
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics and capabilities:
- Strong analytics, system skills including Excel
- Ambitious and motivated
- Second to none communication and business partnering skills
- Adaptable and able to work individually
- Experience working within a commercial finance function
