This role would be best suited to someone who is part-qualfiied (ACCA/CIMA) and ideally has experience working in a creative media environment. Candidates should have a positive and can-do attitude to all tasks, and be pro-active in facilitating expectations on the Finance Team. Good communication is key to this role, both with internal team and external clients and strong Excel skills are essential.

- Managing and overseing the day-to-day transactional process while ensuring completeness and accuracy in our finance system covering both supplier side and our own invoicing.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing support as necessary.
- Prepare weekly accurate cashflow forecasting using information from our project management team, preparing BACs payment runs.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
- Supporting the preparation of company budgets, forecasts and other ad hoc planning tasks.
- Work alongside the Head of Finance to ensure robust financial controls are in place.
- Assist with External Reporting requirements for our stakeholders.
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff members and overseeing their work.
- Preparation of monthly & quarterly board packs with balance sheet & profit & loss review.
