We are currently seeking a trainee accountant/part qualified accountant to work as part of a team whose duties would include:
• General ledger maintenance on accountancy package
• Preparing and processing journals on accountancy package
• Bank and Cash Reconciliations
• Matching delivery dockets to invoices
• Invoice processing
• Monthly creditor reconciliations (Accounts Payable)
• Issuing supplier payments
• Debtors Reconciliations
• Weekly reporting to client highlighting Key Performance Indicators
• Preparing cashflows for Retailers and advising on same
• Periodic statutory returns (Vat, Environmental Levy)
• Assisting account manager with preparation of quarterly management accounts including preparing accruals and prepayments
