Business Analyst II – WFH (Finance) Do you want to be a part of a collaborative Client Solution Delivery team? We're seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who has responsibility of capturing, documenting, evaluating, and translating client requirements into functional and technical solutions within the ReedGroup claim and claim related systems for client program setup and configuration. The BA advises and educates the client regarding ReedGroup best practices and helps solution effectively to meet client needs. The BA also configures system via tools or custom work order management according to requirements and conducts comprehensive testing to validate system processes prior to go–live. What you'll do: Review client leave and disability policies, document client requirements, and translate needs into the Business Requirements Documents Identify process gaps or risks and recommend best practice, data–driven solutions to the client Lead the client through the ReedGroup claims system including ReedGroup workflows and system demonstrations Discuss employee and employer communications and obtain redlines and client approval; implement agreed upon versions Review data integration specifications with clients and support client needs in accordance with inbound and outbound file feed functionality Leverage and enhance standard test matrix, conduct test scenarios, identify configuration gaps, resolve issues, and obtain client sign–off for user acceptance testing (UAT) Submit and track tickets for development, client standups, and defect fix support Align custom configurations and development to the ReedGroup development release schedule Obtain client sign–off on all business requirements, including file feed validation and testing Improve existing internal processes by studying current practices, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending efficient solutions Manage complex, high profile projects that require multiple integrated systems with new customer–specific requirements Provide consultative direction regarding technology or process solutions to help internal and external stakeholders understand options to meet requirements Manage multiple stakeholders across several departments to agree upon and deploy solutions, including Development, Claim Operations, Payroll, Account Management, and Compliance. Responsibly completes tasks in accordance with project timelines and escalates issues appropriately. Single point of contact for technical questions from the client and assists with troubleshooting issues. You have: A Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Leave of Absence and Disability knowledge (preferred) Enterprise systems (UltiPro, PeopleSoft, ADP, Workday) knowledge (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Familiarity with database concepts, data integration, inbound and outbound file feeds, system configuration. Familiarity with process definition, time & attendance and Payroll concepts, requirements–related, modelling and collaboration tools.
