Role Responsibilities: Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and identify product requirements and dependencies Conducts detailed business analysis involving complex requirements and processes and presents results to the various stakeholder Create detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) or Business Process documentation (as applicable) Provide support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation Partner with technology teams to provide reporting and evaluate the risks, benefits, and opportunities of various solutions Understand complex business requirements and provide solutions for operating models and implementation options Collaboratively manage Sponsor/customer expectations, and interacting with sponsor on a regular basis Partner with Fund Accounting to ensure requirements comply with generally accepted accounting principles and internal controlsSkills Required: 1 – 3 years of experience in multi–year complex program management or strategy implementation within a financial services or operations environment In depth knowledge of Asset Management or Investment management products, services, market instruments and conventions Ability to manage different complex stakeholder map including senior stakeholders in the Business (i.e Portfolio Managers, Traders, Risk Management), Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance Strong diagnostic skills with experience in using objective data to drive recommendations Must be able to concisely explain complex issues and possess a strong written and oral communication skills and be able to present to senior management Broad knowledge of the systems and business processes in use for the Front–, Mid–, and Back–office functions within Investment Services Experience with accounting systems (mutual fund, tax, insurance, etc. Academic and/or practical experience in accounting concepts such as double entry general ledger posting, lot relief methodologies, Net Asset Values, yields, distributions, bond accruals and amortization required Knowledgeable in Institutional fund accounting processes including preparation, reconciliation and distribution of reports to/from marketing, separate custodians and investment management Understanding of Investments data and market data supporting investment processes Demonstrable awareness of data governance and data strategy methodologies Strong Excel skills in order to develop the financial tools/models necessary to capture the financial aspects of such projectJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
