  • Complex financial analysis and presentation skills
  • Propensity to see the 'bigger picture'
  • Capacity to champion change and influence others
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing AR, AP, GL, EOM, Reporting, Treasury Management, Cash Flow, Insurance, Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxes
  • Experience in a fast growth, global SaaS business would be preferred although not essential!

After 3 months, you will...
  • Have a detailed understanding of our business and what makes it tick
  • Be managing the periodic reporting process
  • Have forged strong / constructive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developed a roadmap for scalable process and policy improvement including the development of best practice and KPIs for business performance and team deliverables

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
