I am working with an ASX listed company in the Logistics / Warehousing and Transport space. They are currently looking for their new Group Financial Controller to help drive their well-established business to the next level. You will play an integral part of this company's compliance and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing the Group's compliance obligations
- Oversee the AR/AP/Payroll process
- Ensuring that appropriate financial controls and procedures are in place
- Preparing timely and accurate financial reporting for the business and its stakeholders.
- Managing the Group's external financial reporting processesincluding statutory reporting and ASX reporting
- Previous experience in medium to large organisation ideally with international exposure
- Previous experience within logistics, freight, warehousing highly regarded
- Big 4 or mid-tier training/background advantageous
- Proven technical accounting, and statutory and ASX reporting skills
- CPA or CA qualifications
- Previous financial controller role within ASX listed environment
- Proven technical accounting, ASX reporting and governance experience
- Demonstrable experience to develop, review and improve financial policies, processes, procedures and systems
- Passion for improving processes and systems
- Results oriented, proactive and self-starter
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive compliance knowledge and skills
- Strong leadership, influencing and mentoring skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines
