The Company

Our client is a sell side specialist in the international middle-market M&A advisory. They focus on improving the techniques by to help clients achieve the highest possible price for their businesses. They also help clients to find a point of entry into new markets through creative acquisitions, strengthening their positions in their existing sector, and carry out strategic planning and valuation of their businesses. They work exclusively with sellers to conduct CDD and forensic accounting to ensure they get the highest bid price in the market.


l Conduct research on the market and the target business. Collect and analyze information on target businesses.
l Draft and oversee completion of deal documents (i.e. pitch book, teaser, Information Memorandum, and other deal related materials).
l Phoning and screening potential counterparties (buyers or sellers) or conducting phone interview/research with industry experts and professional parties.
l Development and review of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Perform various valuation methods - comparable companies, precedents, DCF, and LBO.
l Manage due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions. Become the key man coordinating multiple professional parties during execution.
l Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
l Affinity for current events, macro and micro business trends, critical issues, and relevant news. Able to spot new business or opportunities for the company.

Abilities and Skill Set

l Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
l Good knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
l Strong communication and networking skills. Great phone skills is a must.
l Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events. Strong business acumen and commercial sense.
l Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes. Able to work under high pressure and meeting deadlines.
l Expert financial modeling skills and strong accounting knowledge
l Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
