Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Consumer Healthcare

Are you an insightful commercial Finance leader who is energized by working in the fast-moving world of Consumer Healthcare? If so, we are looking for the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning and insight generation.

As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you'll lead a team that provides both corporate and regional planning and analysis for Consumer Healthcare. We are the world's leading consumer healthcare company, and this role presents a unique opportunity to shape and guide the next stages of our journey.

You will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis for the Consumer Healthcare business and for the development of financial plans, processes, systems and capabilities, and in this role you would have the opportunity to:
  • Lead all financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for Consumer Healthcare
  • Develop actionable insight based on actual performance, market data, forecasts and modeling to shape the direction of the business
  • Lead a corporate team running global FP&A processes and three regional teams providing insight and analysis supporting regional finance partners
  • Lead the development of the processes, systems and teams to improve our financial planning and insight and to ensure we have the FP&A capabilities in place to guide our journey
  • Interact with senior management including our CEO and CFO and other leadership team members as well as senior business leaders


Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Qualified as an accountant with 10+ years PQE.
  • Experience of Financial Planning and Analysis in a corporate and commercial environment with exposure to consumer products and/or consumer healthcare.
  • Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to develop and communicate actionable conclusions from complex data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through interactions with senior management, and confidence working in international teams and with senior stakeholders and leaders throughout the organization.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills, the ability to translate complex matters into simple terms and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead teams and complex global processes with a track record of developing team members' capabilities and delivering change.
