Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data that was captured and interpreted by the ReadSoft software for approximately 500 invoices per day. This person will also be responsible for organizing and filing processed invoices.

Verification duties include:
  • Check the accuracy of the data that was captured and interpreted by the ReadSoft software.
  • Manually input data that was not automatically captured by the software
  • Follow up with Vendor Master to create new vendors or changing vendor addresses as required when master data is found to require modification


Back up General Administrative duties include:
  • Answering phone calls and voice mail messages on the AP 1-800 number
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable Department as needed
  • Provide some back-up coverage for when team members are on vacation.
