Position Name - Senior Business AnalystRelevant Experience - 8 years

Technical/Functional Competencies -

Extensive experience in detailed requirements analysis, writing user stories as per end-user requirements and maintaining the product backlogb. Experience in prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from analysis through production with minimal supportc. Experience in collaborating with technical teams to refine requirements and provide support during development "2. Experience as a Product Owner or performed Product Owner role3. Intermediate experience with logical data modeling4. Experience with gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements5. Experience with modeling business processes using various tools and techniques6. Strong facilitating skills and experience of leading customer workshops7. Experience with Agile good practices (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.)8. Basic knowledge of behavior-driven development (Gherkin scripts)9. Experience with gap, risk and root cause analysis10. Wireframing and mock-up creation skills using various tools11. Problem tracking experience using various online tools12. Execute sessions on trending industry topics13. Manage, mentor and groom junior members14. Experience with Website development/e-commerce platforms

Key Responsibilities -

1. You will be working as a Business Analyst for one of the ECM Implementation and Enhancement Projects2. Collaborate with team members to clarify their queries and amend user stories if required3. Collaborate with customers/users to gather requirements and formulate user stories4. Analyze user stories to provide the necessary information to the development team5. Run structured discussions with the development team to explain and estimate the user stories6. Identify and suggest areas of improvement in various projects and functional groups7. Prepare user guides during iterations for the developed user stories8. Conduct/execute UAT sessions
