Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:
BUSINESS ANALYST - Camunda
What can you expect?
- Manage BPM and Web projects (Using Camunda and other BPM tools) across multiple geographies, from stakeholder need analysis, requirement gathering and analysis, planning, Developing Build & Test strategy & coordination to documentation & reporting
- Assess opportunities for automation and process improvement identifying benefits associated with it.
- Prepare Business Case, estimate effort & cost vs benefits to assess BPM opportunity.
- Analyze existing processes, simply and automate them while adding value & giving business benefits.
- Organize and conduct working group meetings.
- Track project progress across the sprints and transparently report the project progress to the relevant stakeholders without bias
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed cost, quality and timeline agreements
- Assess risks and issues, provide remediation, escalate and drive to closure.
- Work with architects and support teams to help define, build, test and effectively maintain BPM projects.
- Ensure project complies and follows CMMi practices and other organization processes

- Business Analysis & Project Coordination experience is required from the candidate.

What you need to have:
- Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis with some Project Management experience
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
- Strong knowledge of business analysis
- Knowledge of Camunda
- Strong understanding of how API integration works.
