Your extensive experience configuring the Salesforce platform features and functionality will be essential while you:
- Engage stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes, define success criteria, and analyze/refine functional and business requirements
- Establish guidelines and best practices for applying the Lightning UI to business process workflows
- Lead collaboration with development teams to align on optimal solution designs; involving configuration of Salesforce, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality
- Lead solution design-review, and POC demonstration sessions, with key stakeholders to confirm alignment and secure sign-off
- Perform hands-on , prototyping, proof-of-concepts, declarative implementations
- Actively drive the overall implementation of resulting solutions, including coordinating custom development work when needed (full SDLC)
Required Skills
- Experience working with Lightning components to optimize page layouts and refine business processes
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality, both classic and lightning
- Ability to plan tasks and track progress across teams
- Experience creating business process flows, data flows, requirements, communication plans, and training for business application changes and releases
- Experience in supporting an org with Classic-only and Lightning enabled users
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently are essential
