  • Micron Hyderabad Global Delivery Center is looking to hire Senior level IT Business Analyst for their Enterprise Applications Team Supply Chain team
  • As an Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders.
  • You will work to design new systems and improve existing systems, create design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios and will evaluate processes for alignment opportunities.
  • You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design and testing and define application requirements by working closely with the Supply Chain stakeholders and other members of the project teams.
  • As a project team member, you will support the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project implementation (including testing and training) through to project closure.
  • You will also be an expert on current Supply Chain processes and systems; identify, recommend, and drive process improvements; and serve as a consultant on these processes and systems for partners and customers.
  • Serve as an internal consultant within Supply Chain teams and partner organizations on SAP capabilities and operations execution best practices
  • Partner with Supply Chain area leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of the teams
  • Ensure delivery of supply chain planning solutions within our Kinaxis Rapid Response environment
  • Deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology
  • Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches
  • Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, SC, PMO) to drive successful deployments
  • Leverage metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement


Qualifications and Experience:
  • The candidate should have relevant IT experience of 10 -15 years and expert level proficiency into IT Supply chain Solutions with strong S & Op ,Demand Management & Supply Planning Background in Kinaxis Rapid Response ,SAP APO,Blue Yonder or Oracle Demantra.
  • Experience working in New Product Introduction process and integrating with the main stream supply chain planning process and identfying the bottle necks in the value chain and providing systematic solutions to cater to the NPI requirements.
  • Proven experience in architecting ,designing and implementing a robust data model and integration frame work between ERP systems such as SAP APO /ECC , Oracle ,BAAN , Blue Yonder ESP with Kinxis Rapid Response
  • Work experience in end to end implementations of Supply Chain solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response preferred but not Mandatory.
  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of Contsraints based planning methodologies ,statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning across supply chain management required.
  • Should posses the deep industry knowledge with respect to high tech industries and Semi-Conductor back ground is high preferable
  • Strong domain knowledge to understand how the applications within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver design proposals to user, management and executive levels
  • Able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints.
  • Lead the project team to design and develop functional specifications for future portfolio projects and change requests
  • As a Solution Architect should be comfortable in liaising with business teams frequently , and also being part of supply chain decision making processes .
  • Candidate will be responsible for project/change request proposals, documentation, high level testing criteria
  • Experienced in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • The role is agonistic to platforms interested Candidates should be felixibile to work on any platforms such as Kinaxis Rapid Response ,SAP or JDA/BY


Education:
  • Btech ,MBA , B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or industry-related curriculum
  • Graduate studies a plus
  • APICS certification (preferred)
