Business Analyst - Project Execution Tools Team

The Project Execution Tools team are looking for a business analyst to work closely with key stakeholders from across the organization, gathering requirements and creating user stories to aid the development of a suite of time tracking and project management applications.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Create and deliver detailed business and functional requirements specification documents in the form of user stories.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure that requirements are communicated and developed as per the business needs
  • Facilitate workshop sessions between product and technology teams and provide an overview, and enhance the business requirements, feature files, and overall functionality of the system
  • Manage products across functional teams in the organization, including business, development, quality assurance and operations teams
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the current process and ensuring ongoing Sox compliance
  • Identify and manage business and project risks and facilitate in change management
  • Create monthly data analysis to disseminate to the business leads
  • Coordinate and assist in user engagement to ensure the developed functionality meet the business specifications
  • Be part of a cross-functional and geographically dispersed agile team to successfully deliver key project milestones in an effective and timely manner
  • Manage internal communication on project milestones, issues, and risks and ensure that all teams, business stakeholders and leadership are updated on a frequent basis


Education and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience of working with and developing Time Tracking tools preferable
  • Experience of working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodology
