Job Description

Play key role in the sales process by proactively identifying potential use cases to pitch to customers at the intersection of focus domain (e.g. marketing, digital touchpoint transformation) and technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe). Drive the discovery process to understand customers' point of departure, pain points and objectives. Drive the formal business requirement gathering process

  • Support sales leadership in opportunity pursuit by researching and providing knowledge at the intersection of domain, technology and customers' unique business context

How the various developments affect client's business and initiatives

  • Assist in pre-sales discovery process by researching the client's point of departure (e.g. existing pain points, strategic priorities, possible buying centers


Business process detailing

  • Evaluate business processes, collect formal requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop & implement solutions
  • Lead reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Update, implement, maintain and document procedures


Stakeholder management

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Perform requirements analysis
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management (being a bridge between business and technical teams)
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
  • Work closely with clients, technical stakeholders, and managerial staff


Others

  • Help prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Substantial exposure to 1-2 of the following industries, especially in the CX domain: Communication Media & Entertainment, Technology, CPG/ Retail
  • Experience of working with sales team in driving discovery process and outside-in identification of use cases for proactive pitches to customers in the CX domain
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Excellent documentation skills; experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience leading and developing top performing teams
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Key requirement: Minimum 3+ years' experience supporting digital engagements involving implementation of Adobe Target and/ or Google Optimize 360 as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Working experience in implementation of end to end personalization and recommendation projects
  • Proficient understanding of components and features of Adobe Target and/ or Google Optimize 360
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with tools such as SharePoint, SQL, Nintex and BPM tools
