The role would suit a high-calibre, commercially-aware finance professional who combines strong financial and accounting skills with team management experience and leadership potential.
This is a key role within the organisation and the successful candidate will work very closely with the CFO and CEO, as well as the rest of the Senior Leadership team.
Reporting to the CFO the role is very hands on, and a requires a lot of energy and attention to detail. As important as your financial skills are your operational ability and team management / relationship building skills.

- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
- Supporting month-end and year-end close process
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Developing and documenting business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Providing financial analysis, financial support to drive the business
- Management and development of a team of four
- Taking a lead in people and professional development, whilst promoting a culture of strong performance
