Job Description:We are currently looking for a Global Finance Director to join our Integrated Oxides and Derivatives team located in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial and business teams of the Indorama Ventures Oxides segment by providing accurate and timely financial decisions and information. The Finance Director ensures the global forecasts and budgets are prepared; and actual results are recorded and reported accurately and timely. The Finance Director provides instructions to various parties (including 3 manufacturing sites) to ensure financial reporting; audit; insurance; tax; and other requirements for are accomplished. Provides financial and analytical insight to the team and participates in business team meetings; and is a member/leader of projects as required.What will be expected from you? Monthly financial close & forecasting process; including analyzing & reporting variance details; and reviewing / resolving cost issues with manufacturing plants; storage locations; and SGA/RCoordinate and prepare budget P's including revenue, direct cost, and fixed cost details.Ensures completion of Quarter–End and Year–End Analysis and Documentation.Leads or participates on project and change management teams that optimizes financial processes, facilitate company integrations.Acts as a liaison for internal and external auditors as needed; and resolve audit findings.Completes supervisor activities for direct reports including providing performance feedback, creating development plans and performance goal setting and reviews.Provide valuable financial insight to leadership and participate in scheduled business team meetings.Leads team which performs activities as needed, which includes, but is not limited to: Working with the shared service organizations to ensure transactions are properly recorded; global (including North America, APAC and Europe). Ensuring accounting processes are functioning properly. Ensuring cost center and GL account set–up. Ensuring proper revenue recognition; customer rebate analysis; assisting / reviewing accounts payable activities. Responding to corporate requests such as data gathering for insurance coverage analysis, project analysis (acquisitions and divestitures), etc.Follows instructions and perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.Assists other employees in accomplishment of company goals.Participates in and completes company–required training programs.Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? Demonstrated success in the above key accountabilities and responsibilities.A Bachelor's degree, Accounting preferred and 15 plus years of experience.CPA required.Experience with SAP is required (SAP S/4 HANA beneficial).What can we offer you?
